Job summary

Intrepid is seeking an Army Mass Transit Benefit Program (MTBP) Analyst to support USAFMCOM. You will onboard Location Program Managers, resolve participant issues, run training sessions, and generate reports using Excel and Power Platform tools.

This role manages day-to-day MTBP activities and requires building detailed status reports for stakeholders. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree with up to 3 years of experience, familiarity with GFEBS, and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree up to 3 years of experience with federal benefits programs, data entry, customer service, and the Army.
• Experience with GFEBS (1+ years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
• Experience creating or generating detailed status reports with strong attention to detail.
• Experience handling large data sets and performing data analysis for reporting.
• Experience supporting DoD stakeholders and DoD/Army Financial Management.
• Active Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support for USAFMCOM’s Mass Transit Benefit Program (MTBP). Responsibilities include assisting with data entry, sorting, filing, and analysis; working to resolve issues directly with participants; providing detailed status reports to stakeholders and other ad-hoc reports on the program; and providing monthly training to participants.
• Tasks will include:
• Provide document processing support, to include but not limited to data gathering, compilation, analysis, filing, and report submission.
• Collect, review, and analyze data received (to include but not limited to: participant applications, location submission forms, and re-certification checklists) for validation.
• Maintain all Installation Manager and Reviewing Official data within the Transportation Incentive Program System (TIPS) and access database.
• Assist with the resolution of benefit returns and repayments for participants, officials, and other stakeholders.
• Provide application site technical assistance for Transportation Incentive Program (TIP) participants, officials, and other stakeholders.
• Host system training monthly to TIP participants.
