The ideal candidate should possess experience in handling asbestos litigation, be detail oriented and have knowledge of civil litigation procedures. Additional requirements include understanding of HIPPA regulations for the purpose of acquiring medical records, sound organizational methods, critical thinking, superb written and oral communication abilities, and proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel. Experience with forensic aspects of case preparation, review and summation of medical records, handling subpoenas, interfacing with experts and trial preparation are necessary as well as management of case related administrative duties.
