Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with civil procedure and litigation software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, file pleadings and motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor MDL/coordinated proceedings and provide direction to staff.
• Identify liability and damages proof; assist trial preparation.
• Advise on venue and jurisdiction for filing; support settlements.
