Qualifications

• Mass tort or class action litigation experience is essential.
• Direct experience managing complex settlement programs.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Own lens portfolio end-to-end from design to client deployment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans with goals and dependencies.
• Serve as litigation and product expert in client engagements with senior firms.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Prepare detailed reports for leadership and clients on program outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to route inquiries and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization from program data.
• Build knowledge of the Pattern platform to educate clients.
