Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with strong discovery and e-filing skills in state and federal courts, plus trial preparation experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience drafting and responding to discovery (templates provided).
• Strong knowledge of e-filing procedures in state and federal courts.
• Experience calendaring litigation deadlines.
• Trial preparation experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage discovery, including Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, RFAs, and RFPs.
• Utilize and customize discovery templates and shells as needed.
• E-file documents in both California state and federal courts.
• Maintain and monitor litigation calendars and critical deadlines.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case organization.
• Support all phases of litigation from discovery through trial.
