Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• ABA approved Paralegal certificate required.
• 10+ years of paralegal experience in civil litigation.
• Experience with document review, production, and discovery.
• Proficiency with Relativity or CS Disco and other litigation tools.
• Strong Westlaw/LexisNexis research skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex civil litigation support from case inception through trial.
• Organize and maintain large, complex case files and eDiscovery materials using Relativity or CS Disco.
• Draft and manage discovery requests, responses, exhibits, pleadings, and filings.
• Handle electronic filing in federal and state courts.
• Maintain litigation calendars and monitor court deadlines.
• Perform legal research and cite-checking using Westlaw/LexisNexis.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom logistics.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, vendors, and court personnel.
• Manage multiple high-profile matters simultaneously.
