Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join our Milwaukee, WI team. The attorney will manage various litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation.

This role involves close collaboration with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards. The ideal candidate will have a JD, be admitted to a US state bar, and possess experience with complex litigation, mentoring others,

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Bar admission in at least one US state.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring/supervising others preferred.
• Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and review their work product.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
