Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Pittsburgh, PA to manage complex litigation tasks, draft pleadings, supervise discovery, and prepare for trials. The role requires JD and bar admission, with the ability to lead teams and coordinate with paralegals and case managers.

You will develop litigation strategies, monitor court orders, and contribute to settlements in a fast-paced environment, exercising professional judgment and discretion.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Bar admission to at least one state.
• Experience in complex mass tort or multi-district litigation preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities
