BCG Attorney Search in San Diego seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to manage complex matters, draft pleadings and discovery, and support trial preparation with paralegals and case managers.

You will develop litigation strategy for mass torts, monitor MDL proceedings, file substantive motions, supervise junior staff, and ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.
• JD degree and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
