BCG Attorney Search in Paducah, KY seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join its litigation team. The attorney will manage complex mass tort matters, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and support trial preparation in coordination with paralegals and case managers.

Qualifications include a JD, bar admission, strong writing and communication skills, and experience with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify. Preference for experience in complex litigation and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.

• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
