bar admission, has strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills, and can operate in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify is preferred; the role also offers leadership

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with complex litigation and litigation technology/tools.
• Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management orders and local rules.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
