Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Manage discovery and case management.
• Support MDL/coordinated proceedings and trial prep.
• Supervise paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify liability and damages proof and appropriate venue choices.
• Assist in settlements and resolutions.
