Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York City seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney to lead complex litigation matters and coordinate discovery, pleadings, and trial preparation. You will handle strategy development, risk assessment, and oversight of junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a JD and U.S. bar admission, strong writing and oral advocacy, and proven ability to manage multiple deadlines across MDL or coordinated proceedings, with proficiency in CM/ECF,

Qualifications

• JD required and U.S. state bar admission.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
