Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney in New Albany, IN to manage complex litigation matters, draft pleadings, coordinate discovery, and support trial preparation. The role offers leadership opportunities in MDL/coordinated proceedings and can be based in any of the firm’s offices across the United States.

Candidates must have a JD, bar admission, excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Bar admission to at least one U.S. state.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Mentoring and supervising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
