Job summary

Adaptive-X is seeking a Legal Case Manager in Allen, TX, to support the lifecycle of claimant files from intake through settlement. The role requires handling sensitive client interactions and maintaining meticulous case records in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

You will manage a mass-tort caseload under attorney supervision, serve as a primary contact for claimants, and coordinate task plans, document requests, and evidence collection while ensuring confidentiality and compliance

• Judgment to escalate issues to attorney or supervisor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn legal systems.

Responsibilities

• Support management of a mass-tort claimant caseload under supervision.
• Serve as primary non-attorney contact for claimants and document communications.
• Explain next steps and requests to claimants and refer legal questions to counsel.
• Develop claimant-specific task plans and follow up on forms and documents.
• Collect and organize plaintiff facts, medical records, and agreements.
• Review materials for completeness and escalate issues as needed.
• Track deadlines and discovery obligations; manage settlement milestones.
• Prepare factual case summaries, chronologies, and status reports.
• Maintain electronic case files per firm procedures.
• Coordinate client appointments and document-signing sessions.
• Enter and audit claimant data in case-management and document-management systems.
• Protect confidential information and comply with records handling policies.
• Perform other case-support duties as assigned.
