Job summary

Rubenstein Law in Miami seeks a Mass Torts Legal Assistant to manage a pre-suit caseload and provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the assigned attorney. You will ensure deadlines and case requirements are met, maintaining accurate documentation and clear communication throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include client communication, document collection, file management, and assisting in lien resolution and closing statements.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum of one year office experience.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong multitasking and highly organized.
• Detail oriented and accurate in a high-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with clients, co-counsels, vendors, and medical providers via phone, email, and remote conferencing.
• Gather and request supporting documents (medical records, proof of use, etc.).
• Review, upload, and process daily correspondence via email, fax, or paperless software.
• Interview and assist clients in completing case questionnaires.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to keep them updated on the case.
• Assist in case resolution, including lien resolution and closing statement preparation.
• Manage client calls through an outbound dialer.
