Socket.dev is seeking a Mass Tort Legal Coordinator in Las Vegas to support our legal team with client communication and case deadlines. The role involves high-volume outbound calls, assisting clients with surveys, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant medical records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Experience in a law firm or mass tort environment is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with clients.
• Ability to document conversations and maintain detailed records.
• Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple client matters.
• Ability to follow scripts, procedures and escalation protocols.
• Proficiency with computers and learning case management software.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and case information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing clients regarding required surveys and information requests.
• Explain purpose and completion process for surveys or questionnaires.
• Collect, organize, and maintain client medical records in HIPAA compliance.
• Assist clients in completing required surveys and obtaining information.
• Follow up with clients who have not responded or have incomplete information.
• Maintain outreach to help ensure completion before case deadlines.
• Document client communications and outreach attempts in the case management system.
• Track outstanding responses and provide regular status updates to the team.
• Escalate client questions or issues to a legal team member.
• Maintain client and case confidentiality at all times.
• Follow firm procedures on communication, documentation, and data handling.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to address priority matters.
• Assist with other outreach and administrative case-support projects.
