Job summary

ApTask is seeking a qualified attorney document reviewer to support mass tort and class action matters. The role focuses on analyzing claim documents, drafting clear responses, and handling high-volume inquiries from claimants and counsel with professionalism. Requirements include JD from a U.S.

accredited law school and an active U.S. bar license. Prior mass tort/class action experience and strong written communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice).
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Strong written communication and client-facing service.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claim documents and prepare detailed responses to inquiries.
• Field complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel with professionalism.
• Receive training and guidance from project directors and coordinators.
• Provide best-in-class service to internal and external clients.
• Ensure accuracy, records management, and timely responses.
