Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the State Bar of Arizona or another approved jurisdiction.
• At least 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney, with exposure to mass tort or class action matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of Mass Tort cases, ensuring every matter receives the attention it deserves.
• Track and enforce statutes of limitations and critical case deadlines with precision.
• Lead and mentor a team of case managers and paralegals, setting clear priorities and fostering professional growth.
• Champion firm protocols and workflows, driving consistency and accountability across all case activity.
• Serve as the go-to escalation point for complex client issues, bringing sound judgment and a steady hand.
• Partner with firm leadership on case strategy, providing timely updates and well-reasoned recommendations.
• Own quality control across your caseload—proactively identifying bottlenecks and keeping cases on track to resolution.
