Job summary

Sterling Site Access Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex site access projects for energy infrastructure and large-scale construction. You will coordinate sales, design and operations teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include client communication, budgeting, documentation, invoicing coordination, and collaboration with manufacturing and vendors. Travel 40-60% and site-based work at Illinois facilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction or mass timber.
• Strong technical background in structural systems and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management from quote through delivery and closeout.
• Communicate with clients, contractors and vendors clearly and promptly.
• Monitor conditions and progress, including site visits when needed.
• Lead meetings and maintain project documentation and agendas.
• Coordinate invoicing and payments with the accounting team.
• Manage budgets, bids, progress billing and change orders.
• Ensure contract terms and scope compliance.
• Align manufacturing, installation and scheduling with leadership.
