Job summary

Timberlab is seeking an experienced EHS leader to develop and maintain comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs across its mass timber operations in Oregon. You will drive compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a strong safety culture.

The role includes leading site audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments, and coordinating with engineering, production, and maintenance to minimize hazards and support continuous improvement in operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing or wood products environments.
CSP, BCSE, or CIH certifications preferred; OSHA 30/10 and ISO 45001 knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across Timberlab’s mass timber operations.
Drive incident prevention, risk reduction, and operational excellence through audits, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
Oversee site audits, regulatory inspections, corrective action plans, and training records.
