AlphaGov is seeking a Mass Appraisal & Property Assessment Consultant for local-government engagements. The role supports live pursuits with technical and training assistance for real property tax assessment and mass appraisal program evaluation.

You'll work as a remote-first 1099 project-based consultant, providing expertise on CAMA models, ratio studies, and data quality while contributing to proposals and implementation improvements for client agencies across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional mass appraisal or real property assessment experience.
• Working knowledge of IAAO standards and ratio studies.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant.
• IAAO designation (CAE, RES, AAS).
• New York or Pennsylvania assessment experience.
• Strong statistical modeling skills.

AlphaGov is engaging a Mass Appraisal & Property Assessment Consultant for current local-government work. Live pursuits include technical and training assistance for real property tax assessment and an evaluation of a large city's mass appraisal program.
