• Delivers Premier program to eligible mass affluent clients and builds deep relationships.
• Engages in proactive outreach via phone, email, and appointments to assess needs.
• Collaborates with Wealth, Commercial, Small Business and Lending partners for integrated solutions.
• Maintains regulatory compliance (CIP, AML) and ensures proper documentation.
• Provides coaching and supports the team to deliver excellent client service.
