You will proactively outreach, deepen relationships, and coordinate with specialists to meet financial needs. Responsibilities include advising clients on lending and deposit products, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with Wealth and Small Business partners to grow the book of clients.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2+ years financial/banking experience.
SIE exam strongly preferred; Life & Health license preferred.
Active NMLS registration upon hire.

Responsibilities

Manage mass affluent client relationships as primary contact.
Proactively outreach to clients via phone, email, appointments and other means to deepen relationships.
Collaborate with Wealth, Commercial, Small Business and Lending partners to address client needs.
Provide end-to-end advisory service and refer to specialists as appropriate.
