Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Premier Banker in Clinton, NJ to manage a mass affluent client base. You will act as the primary contact, deliver TD's model of convenience, sales and advice, and connect clients with specialists to meet their financial needs.

You will grow relationships through proactive outreach, review client financial information, and coordinate with partners across Wealth, Lending and Small Business to provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years financial/banking experience.
• Successful completion of the SIE exam strongly preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred; active NMLS registration required.

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen and retain mass affluent client relationships as primary contact.
• Educate clients on banking solutions and coordinate referrals to specialists.
• Proactively outreach via phone, email and meetings; conduct needs-based conversations.
• Adhere to TD policies, FINRA and regulatory requirements; manage loan applications as needed.
• Collaborate with Wealth, Small Business, Lending partners to deepen client relationships.
