White Bark Property Management is seeking a skilled Mason to join our growing maintenance and construction team across Maine. This role focuses on brick, block, stone, and concrete work, including repairs and detailed restorations for residential and commercial properties.

Ideal candidates bring experience in masonry, ability to read construction drawings, and a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork with property managers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in brick, block, stone and concrete work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or project plans.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to building codes.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and restore masonry structures such as walls, foundations, and chimneys.
• Perform tuckpointing, patching, and mortar repair for durability and aesthetics.
• Lay out, measure, cut materials; mix mortars per project specs.
• Read blueprints and specs to determine materials and methods.
• Inspect masonry for damage and propose repair strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site and care for tools.
