Calvert Masonry Inc. is seeking a skilled Foreman to lead frontline field crews on commercial projects.

As Lead Foreman, you will direct masonry operations, supervise crews up to 40, and serve as the primary field representative with the General Contractor, coordinating with the Project Manager and Superintendent. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on masonry and proven leadership, reads blueprints, understands safety standards, and holds OSHA certification.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on commercial construction experience preferably in masonry.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, elevations, shop drawings and layouts.
• OSHA 10/30 Construction Certification (or ability to complete upon hire).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong advantage.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct and supervise daily masonry operations, including manpower, sequencing, layout, material flow and equipment utilization.
• Direct personnel and monitor productivity, quality and safety; adjust crews as required.
• Coordinate with General Contractor and other trades on schedule, access and conditions affecting masonry work.
• Review contracts and shop drawings to plan work and communicate issues to PM/Superintendent.
• Maintain inventories and coordinate material orders to avoid production interruptions.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate status to management.
• Coordinate equipment, scaffold needs and logistics with Superintendent.
