Job summary

IronRoad is seeking a Commercial Masonry Foreman in Columbus, OH to lead masonry crews on commercial projects. You will supervise field operations, interpret blueprints, ensure safety, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of masonry experience (commercial preferred), 5+ years in a foreman role, and OSHA 30 certification. Strong leadership and outdoor-site proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of masonry experience, commercial preferred.
• 5+ years in a leadership/foreman role.
• Knowledge of masonry methods, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage layout work.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead masonry crews on commercial sites.
• Plan and monitor daily activities to meet schedules.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and policies are followed.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
• Communicate progress and manpower needs to PMs and supers.
• Maintain daily reports and production logs.
