Job summary

The Hagerman Group is seeking an experienced Masonry Estimator/Project Manager to lead estimating, planning, execution, and financial performance on masonry construction projects in Indiana. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, balancing cost, schedule, and quality while collaborating with clients and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive construction or architectural design experience in estimating/project management roles.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong understanding of estimating and construction project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction PM software.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to determine scope and obligations.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for masonry projects.
• Lead turnover meetings and communicate expectations to field teams.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and labor resources.
• Monitor budgets, productivity, and overall financial performance.
• Approve invoices and manage contract documentation.
• Manage RFIs and schedules of values.
