M H Masonry Associates Inc is seeking experienced Brick & Block Masons to support high‑value commercial and government projects across Virginia. This full‑time role offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates and year‑round work with growth opportunities.

Relocation is provided for qualified applicants; Lynchburg, VA is the primary location with projects throughout Virginia. Ideal candidates bring trade experience and a pride in craftsmanship to our safety‑driven team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands‑on experience in commercial brick and block masonry
• Proven ability to read and work from construction drawings
• Strong knowledge of CMU, face brick, and related masonry materials
• Commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and jobsite safety
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive work in outdoor environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to regional job sites throughout Virginia

Responsibilities

• Lay brick, concrete block (CMU), and stone on large-scale commercial and structural projects
• Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and execution
• Mix, apply, and spread mortar or grout according to project standards
• Install reinforcement, anchors, flashing, and related materials per design requirements
• Safely operate power saws and masonry tools to meet daily production goals
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols
• Collaborate with foremen and crew members to ensure quality and schedule adherence
