Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Mason Crew Lead for our Berkshires Division to join a growing team that builds ultra high-end landscapes in the Berkshires and surrounding areas. You will lead crew members on masonry and flatwork projects, read plans, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Requirements include 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to read plans, license to drive non-CDL trucks, and the stamina to work in varied weather while lifting heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Crew leaders require 1 year minimum of crew supervisory experience.
• Knowledge and experience in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout.
• Ability to read plans.
• Ability to lead and mentor crew members.
• Licensing to drive non-CDL trucks and trailers.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good physical condition with an ability to lift over 40lbs.

Responsibilities
