Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking a Mason Crew Lead to supervise a masonry crew on high-end residential landscape projects. You will read plans, organize tasks, and mentor crew members across our growing Berkshire division and other projects.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of crew supervision, knowledge of flatwork and hardscape, and a valid license to drive non-CDL trucks. This full-time position offers competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of crew supervisory experience.
• Knowledge and experience in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout.
• Ability to read plans.
• Ability to lead and mentor crew members.
• Ability and licensing to drive non‑CDL trucks and trailers.
• Reliability a must.

Pay

Position range: $25–$35 per hour.
