Graff Masonry Inc. is seeking a skilled Mason to join our on-site Field Operations team in West Bend, WI. This full-time role focuses on laying brick, block, and stone for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, with a commitment to craftsmanship and safety.

We value experienced masons who work well with others, uphold high standards, and stay within a reasonable travel radius from the shop. Year-end bonus opportunities are part of the package, and you will be home each night.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of masonry experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lay brick and stone veneer with precision and quality.
• Set and align block walls from below grade to finished height.
• Construct block leads that are level, plumb, and on-course.
• Read and follow project plans and specifications.
• Maintain safe and clean work environments.
• Collaborate with field crew members and foremen.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
