Graff Masonry Inc. is seeking full‑time Laborers to support our field operations. You will perform demanding outdoor tasks, help masonry crews with setup, cleanup, and material handling, and contribute to a safe, productive jobsite environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor on construction sites, including lifting, carrying, and operating tools and materials.
• Assist masons and other skilled workers with jobsite setup, cleanup, and support tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear at all times.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Mix and prepare concrete, mortar, and other building materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support various phases of concrete and masonry work and learn through hands‑on experience.

This is a hands‑on construction role for dependable individuals who are physically capable, comfortable performing demanding work, and prepared to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Laborers will support masonry and concrete crews with material handling, jobsite preparation, cleanup, and other physically demanding tasks while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
