Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a Masking Operator to prepare aerospace components for painting, coating, and chemical treatments. You will apply masking materials, follow precise specifications, and maintain records of materials used and time spent.
This role emphasizes attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, standing for long periods, and working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. High School diploma required; aerospace experience a plus.

With ten strategically located sites across the United States, Valence provides a start to finish solution from NDT and chemical processing, to paint and sub-assembly.
Friday - Sunday 6:00AM - 6:30PM, 36 hours, paid for 40.
Responsible for preparing aerospace components for various processing operations, including painting, coating, and chemical treatments, by applying masking materials to protect specific areas of components from exposure to processing materials, ensuring precision and quality in the final product.
This position requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies. Applicants are required to be eligible for employment under U.S. export control laws and must meet the requirement of being a “U.S. Citizen”.
