Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Branford, CT is seeking a Masker Trainee for 1st shift to perform masking on blades, vanes and other parts from OEM customers, protecting them from exposure to in-house processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs masking using tapes, waxes, liquids, powders, and fixtures per job instructions.
• Performs dry masking using powder or devices to protect areas on parts.
• Follows internal routers and work instructions or visuals as needed.
• Uses tools and equipment to apply proper masks accurately and timely.
• Monitors own work for quality and readiness for next process.
