Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a capable entry-level worker to process parts according to shop work orders and specifications. The role involves inspecting incoming parts for damage, completing required paperwork, and handling materials safely in a regulated manufacturing environment.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Manufacturing experience is a plus, and a can-do attitude is essential to succeed in this role at our West Springfield, MA facility.

Responsibilities

• Process parts according to shop work order and drawings.
• Follow supervisor instructions for specific tasks.
• Inspect incoming parts for damages or scratches; ensure quality.

• Manage materials safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $20-$23/hour

This position requires access to knowledge and technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Valence Surface Technologies is required to verify that applicants meet ITAR requirements prior to employment for this role.
