Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a full-time technician to shield surfaces on parts that do not require processing. You will process parts per shop work orders and applicable specifications and drawings, and follow supervisor instructions.

The role requires attention to part integrity, completing paperwork, and handling hazardous materials per state and federal regulations. Shift: 1st, 6am-2:30pm, benefits available.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Able to wear PPE and stand long periods.
• Knowledge of safety and PPE guidelines.
• Detail-oriented for paperwork and processing.

Responsibilities

• Process parts per work order and applicable specifications and drawings.
• Follow supervisor instructions pertaining to specific instructions or tasks.
• Ensure integrity of incoming parts (damage, scratches, etc.).
• Complete work orders and all necessary paperwork according to job, drawings and specifications.
• Manage hazardous materials per regulations and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required.
