Job summary

Texas Instruments in Dallas is seeking a Mask Technology Scribe Engineer to join the Advanced Technology Development (ATD) MTPG team. You will develop and support scribe recipes to generate reticle floorplan databases and contribute to tapeout readiness.

The role requires understanding of ETEST structures, fab alignment structures, and photolithography, with collaboration across process development, PDK, EDA, and business units to ensure critical information is available for tapeouts.
