Job summary

Pine Lake Corn Processors (PLCP), a subsidiary of Innovative Ag Services, seeks a Mash Prep Operator at the Pine Lake Facility in Steamboat Rock, IA to safely operate and maintain mash prep equipment and to collect production samples for quality control. This role follows a 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour shift schedule (Day 7:00–19:00; Night 19:00–07:00).

Starting wage is $22/hour with potential to rise to $24/hour after assessed performance; benefits include pension, 401(k), health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial process equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate, monitor, clean, and maintain mash prep equipment.
• Collect and analyze production and process samples to verify quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with general equipment operation and routine maintenance.
• Participate in safety trainings and adhere to policies.
