Job summary

Napleton Mid Rivers Maserati in St. Peters, Missouri is seeking a Maserati Technician to perform vehicle repairs and maintenance to the highest dealer and factory standards.

You will diagnose issues, communicate with a cross-functional team, and stay current with factory bulletins and training, all while maintaining an organized workspace. The role offers top market compensation ($40.00-$55.00 per hour), relocation assistance, flexible scheduling, and paid training with manufacturer

Qualifications

• Maserati technician experience is required.
• Maserati certifications are required.
• Excellent customer service is essential.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance as outlined on repair orders to dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical staff and customers.
• Stay current with factory technical bulletins and participate in training classes.
• Maintain an organized work area and keep management informed of repair issues as they occur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.


• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.


• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.


• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers


• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate


• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur


• Maintains an organized work area
