The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Maserati Technician for Napleton Mid Rivers Maserati in St. Peters, MO. This role involves performing repairs and maintenance to factory standards while building customer trust and loyalty through accurate diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Maserati technician experience required.

Responsabilités

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy to drive loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and repairs to non‑mechanical individuals.
• Keep up to date with factory bulletins and participate in training.
• Maintain an organized work area.

The EdNapleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextMaserati Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located atNapleton Mid Rivers MaseratiinSt. Peters, Missouri, theMaserati Technicianwill be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.


• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.


• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.


• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers


• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate


• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur


• Maintains an organized work area

Job Requirements:

• Maserati Technician experience required


• Maserati certifications required


• Excellent customer service


• Strong communication skills


• Valid Driver’s License
