The ideal candidate has masa preparation experience, servesafe/food handler certification, and the ability to lift up to 60lbs. You will contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment with attention to waste tracking and safety.

• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs and stand 8 hours.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and maintain masa preparation areas for safety and sanitation.
• Ensure freshness with proper labeling and rotation of masa.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Communicate prep priorities to incoming shifts.
