Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Perform nursing procedures and treatments.
• Document patient care accurately in medical records.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care needs.
• Respond to medical emergencies and changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and healthcare team members.
• Supervise nursing assistants and delegated staff when appropriate.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Maryland nursing regulations and facility policies.
