Job summary

Trust Home Care Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our home health team. You will create and manage individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and coordinate with physicians and caregivers to ensure comfort and safety at home.

The ideal candidate shows meticulous clinical skills, strong communication, and a compassionate approach. You must hold an active RN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid driver’s license to visit patients in Maryland communities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Previous RN experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/ CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report updates.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor.
