Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. seeks a dynamic Regional Director to lead our Maryland operations from the Maryland office. The role requires educational or management background with strong leadership to drive district-wide performance and enrollment growth.

The position offers a salary range of $85,000-$90,000 per year and comprehensive benefits. The candidate will recruit and oversee Area Managers, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a mission-driven environment focused on improving education

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Education, Business, Marketing or Communications with 3-5 years of related experience in education or management
• Experience in education/child care industry preferred
• Ability to communicate sensitive and confidential information to stakeholders and identify urgent solutions
• Strong leadership, proactive and motivational skills to exceed objectives
• Entrepreneurial spirit with industry relationships and high emotional intelligence
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate integrity, respect, and uphold organizational values

Responsibilities

• Ensure district-wide compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies; proactively mitigate risk
• Direct completion of performance metrics to ensure high stakeholder satisfaction and implement district-wide improvements
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise Area Managers; provide access to training opportunities
• Develop, recommend, and implement regional policies to maximize enrollment
• Visit program sites regularly to maintain program quality, licensing standards and customer satisfaction
