TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Germantown and Frederick areas, offering top pay rates starting at $17-19 per hour. You will provide 1:1 personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping in clients’ homes.

Flexible shift options include days, evenings, weekends, and overnights, with full-time or part-time positions available. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, are 18+, hold Maryland CNA/GNA certifications, and possess a valid

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 personal care including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Offer companionship through social engagement and activities.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
