Job summary

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Olney, MD and surrounding areas. Top pay rates: $17–$19 per hour. Shift availability includes days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Full-time and part-time roles are open. You will provide personal care, companionship, mobility support and transportation, with duties such as dressing, grooming, bathing, meals, social activities, driving to appointments and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Active Maryland CNA and GNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver, assist clients 1:1 with personal care, mobility support and transportation.
• Provide companionship, social engagement and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and accompany clients to appointments.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications

At TheKey, we pride ourselves on hiring compassionate caregivers who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Active Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
