Job summary

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide in‑home, one‑to‑one care for aging adults in the United States. Earn competitive pay starting at $17 per hour while helping clients live safely at home. Benefits include training, mileage reimbursement, and 24/7 support from local management.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid CNA, HHA, PCA, or NA certification
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive & behavioral support to clients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia or other cognitive impairments
• Assist with dressing, grooming, hygiene and meals with respect
• Help maintain home safety, organization and light housekeeping
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands
• Offer companionship through conversation, music, memory games and activities

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll support clients living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and/or other cognitive impairments with personalized, 1:1 care in the safety of their homes:

• Cognitive & Behavioral Support: Providing gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety
• Personal Care: Assisting with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience
• Home Safety & Housekeeping: Helping maintain a calm, familiar, and organized environment with basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: Offering conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs

Qualifications
