TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Frederick, MD and surrounding areas. Earn top pay rates starting at $17 per hour with days, evenings, weekends and overnights available.

Full-time and part-time schedules include personal care, companionship, mobility support and transportation to appointments. Carriers receive weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active Maryland CNA and GNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing and meals.
• Companionship: social engagement, activities and emotional support.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands.
• Light housekeeping: cleaning, laundry and organizing.
